Viracon Names Two New Architectural Sales Representatives for Southeast and Midwest Regions

Viracon announces the placement of Thomas Cater and Tyler Firme as its two newest architectural sales representatives.

Thomas Cater graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and then returned to Clemson where he graduated in 2008 with an MBA, and a Masters in Civil Engineering: Construction Management.Previously, he worked as a project manager for Quality Structures and as a Regional Sales Executive with Doralco Architectural Metals. His territory for Viracon includes Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.

Tyler Firme is a LEED Green Associate and recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Most recently, Tyler participated in a nine-month sales training program within Viracon. He will service the state of Michigan, along with key accounts in Chicago, outstate Illinois, and southern Wisconsin.

Mike Winkler, Viracon’s Southeast Regional Manager, will provide leadership and guidance to Thomas. Bob Carlson, Viracon’s Northeast Regional Manager, will oversee Tyler’s efforts.
