“Once again, over the past year, the macroeconomic environment has remained highly complex and uncertain for our business sectors and for the manufacturing industry as a whole, due to well-known geopolitical and economic challenges,” said Marco Mancini, CEO of Scm Group. “Despite these critical issues, the Group continued to invest in expanding its presence in new business areas through two significant acquisitions: Tecno Logica, a specialist in the development of cutting-edge, fully integrated, high-mix and high-productivity technological solutions, and Mecal Machinery, a leader in machinery for processing aluminum profiles.”
