Tvitec offers 14 million for Cricursa

Tvitec System Glass, a high-performance glass processing company based in Ponferrada (León), has submitted an offer to the Barcelona courts to buy the Cricursa production unit, which has been in bankruptcy proceedings since the end of last year. The proposal consists of the assumption of the entire business and the subrogation of 125 jobs of a staff currently made up of 270 people.

In total, the liabilities that Tvitec would assume, are around 14 million. To this amount must be added the payment of 400,000 euros.
