In a filling submitted statement to the Public Disclosures Platform, Trakya Cam stated that the company will sign a 70-30 JV agreement with Saint Gobain to produce 800k units of auto glass in addition to their flat glass activities in Russia.

The company expects the new float to be functional in 2013.



This agreement is a part of Trakya Cam Saint Gobain cooperation in Russia and there is no new news. The news flow is neutral for the share price.
