Successful start into the professional life: Ten young people started their careers at HORN in Ploessberg on 1st September.

The future skilled workers were warmly welcomed on the first working day of their new phases of life by the CEO and President of HORN Glass Industries AG, Stephan Meindl, together with the Human Resources Department and the Business Unit Director Manufacturing, Rainer Sommer. They wished the newly qualified apprentices much fun and success for their professional future. "All possibilities are open to you and you can develop to wherever you want to be," Meindl emphasised.

This year, ten apprentices strengthen the staff of HORN Glass Industries AG. In detail, three metal workers in construction technology, one architectural draughtswoman, one technical system planner in combustion and utility technology, three electronics technicians in industrial technology, one technical system planner in steel and metal construction technology and one office management assistant started in Ploessberg on 1 September 2021. This means that there are currently 31 young people in training at HORN.

The apprentices are accompanied by highly qualified trainers during their training period. Many HORN employees are still employed here after their training and contribute to the success of the company. HORN Glass Industries AG is looking forward to a flourishing training period, with the aim of continuing the cooperation in the long term after the successfully completed training.
