Soft Tech growth sees appointment of new Business Development Manager in North America.

Due to recent growth opportunities identified in the region, Soft Tech has created a new Business Development Manager role based out of the company’s Florida office. From November, this role is to be filled by Ray Imbrigiotta who brings with him many years’ experience in customer centric sales and a comprehensive understanding of how the use of technology facilitates success.

Ray has over 25 years of major accounts sales experience with Xerox & Ricoh in Hardware and IT Services. Previously, Ray owned and operated a hurricane impact window, door and shutter company in South Florida, Advanced Windows & Shutters. He has a State of Florida Glass & Glazing Contractors License where he sold to small commercial and residential customers.

Ray will work to grow our portfolio of window and door (fenestration) clients in the North American market, helping customers to grow their businesses through the use of Soft Tech products and software solutions.

“We are delighted to have Ray Imbrigiotta joining the Soft Tech business to support our growth plans for North America. Ray brings a wealth of experience in both fenestration and technology, so will be well positioned to support our customers to achieve their goals” said Tyron Ball, Group Commercial Director of Soft Tech.

Ray enjoys traveling with his family; wife Susan and two daughters, Danielle, 18 and Mia, 16.
