It will be the 12th production facility of the PRESS GLASS Group.

The Management Board of PRESS GLASS SA has decided to build another production facility. The facility with the surface area of 20 thousand m2 will be constructed in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone in the municipality of Nowogard in the West Pomeranian Province (Poland). For the purpose, on 5 December 2017 the company purchased a plot of land of 6 hectares.

That will be the 12th production facility of the PRESS GLASS Group. Production in the new facility will start in the second half of 2018. The facility will increase its production capacity and employment in several stages.

As a target, 300 persons will be employed in Nowogard. The facility will expand the potential to service manufacturers of window and door joinery in Poland and other countries in Northern and Western Europe.

Planning its further development, the Company considered a number of potential locations for the new facility in North-West Poland. Nowogard proved to be the best place for the company.

The decision was influenced by its geographical location, transportation infrastructure and technical infrastructure of the zone as well as previous cooperation with the local authorities and the management of the economic zone.
