The National Glass Association (NGA) is pleased to share the results of the 2025 NGA Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Studies for both Contract Glazing Companies and Fabricating Companies.

Survey results will arm decision-makers with the data they need to better recruit, hire, and retain the best workforce. It is a unique study focusing on salary and benefits data for the most relevant job positions in the industry.

The study is free to download for NGA members; the download may be purchased for $24.95 by non-members.
