The CONSTRUTEC, VETECO, SMART DOORS and PISCIMAD trade fairs will be held from 10 to 13 November 2026 at IFEMA MADRID.

Preparations for International Construction Week, organised by IFEMA MADRID and bringing together the Construtec, Smart Doors, Veteco and Piscimad trade fairs, continue apace in terms of sales marketing, cementing its place as the premier professional gathering for the construction sector in Spain.

Six months out from the event, it has already attracted more than 460 exhibiting companies who have confirmed their participation. They’ll set up base across a surface area of more than 38,000 square metres, figures that already surpass those for last year's edition and reflect the trust of the business community in an event that sets the agenda for the sector.

These solid sales figures illustrate the interest of manufacturers, construction companies, architects, distributors, and service providers in a week that brings together these four trade fairs to collectively address the principal challenges and opportunities in the industry: the industrialisation of construction, retrofitting, energy efficiency, technological innovation, design and technical systems and solutions for the entire construction cycle.

In addition to the strong commercial focus, the second edition of the International Construction Week Congress will be held, a forum for reflection and analysis that will address the major challenges and drivers of transformation in the sector, such as industrialised construction, sustainability and energy efficiency, decarbonisation, technological innovation, and digitalisation, as well as retrofitting, the regulatory framework, and attracting talent, bringing together developers, construction companies, architecture firms, manufacturers, and site managers.
