The Insulating Glass Certification Council recently held their Spring 2017 Conference at which several agenda items were addressed.

The main purpose of the gathering was meetings for the IGCC® and IGMA® Certification Committee, IGCC Board of Directors, and participants meeting.

During the Certification Committee meeting more than 40 attendees with connections to the insulating glass industry, representing both residential and commercial concerns held discussions focused on the activities of the overall certification process as well as the evolution of the communication and marketing of the efforts of IGCC.

“It is always positive to have a productive time with the industry's technical minds working to provide a great certification program that promotes public benefit," said IGCC® Certification Committee Chairman Joe Erb, Commercial Sales Specialist for Quanex.

IGCC recently announced the release of its latest Certified Products Directory and its new Certification Information Portal. Both initiatives further the focus on providing IGCC stakeholders with the visibility they need to advance their business.
