Glaston Corporation’s Annual Review 2024 has today been published in Finnish and English on the company’s internet pages at www.glaston.net.

The Board of Directors’ Report includes the Sustainability Statement, which has been prepared based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and in accordance with the sustainability reporting standards (ESRS).

Glaston publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has performed a reasonable assurance engagement on Glaston Corporation’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 and issued an Independent Auditor’s Reasonable Assurance Report.

The Sustainability Statement is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) referred to in the Finnish Accounting Act, and with the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Sustainability audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an assurance report on Glaston’s Sustainability Statement based on a limited assurance engagement it has performed in accordance with ISAE 3000.

The Remuneration Report and the Corporate Governance Statement are available on the company’s website on https://glaston.net/governance and the Annual Review is available on https://glaston.net/reports-and-presentations.
