Glaston Corporation’s Annual Review 2021 has today been published in Finnish and English on the company’s internet pages at www.glaston.net.

The Annual Review contains the Board of Directors’ Review 2021, the Financial Statements 2021, the Corporate Governance Statement 2021, the Remuneration Report 2021 and the Sustainability report.



Glaston publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. The primary statements have been marked with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has performed a reasonable assurance engagement on Glaston Corporation’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 and issued an Independent Auditor’s Reasonable Assurance Report.



The Remuneration Report 2021 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2021 are available on the company’s website on https://glaston.net/governance and the Annual Review 2021 is available on https://glaston.net/reports-and-presentations.
