Glaston Corporation’s Annual Review 2020 has today been published in Finnish and English on the company’s internet pages at www.glaston.net.

The Annual Review contains the Board of Directors’ Review, the Financial Statements 2020, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report 2020 and the corporate responsibility report.  



Glaston also voluntarily publishes the Annual Review in English and in Finnish in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the XHTML format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the reports have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF Financial statements have been verified by the auditor KPMG. 

The Remuneration Report 2020 and the Corporate Governance Statement are available on the company’s website on https://glaston.net/governance and the Annual Review 2020 is available on https://glaston.net/reports-and-presentations.
