Glaston CEO leaves the company, and Board Member Antti Kaunonen takes over as the interim CEO. Glaston’s Capital Markets Day that was scheduled for 21 November 2023, is postponed to later.

Anders Dahlblom has submitted a resignation from his position as the CEO of Glaston Corporation on 15 November 2023 due to personal reasons. The Board will start the search for a new CEO immediately.

In connection with this, Glaston’s Board of Directors has on 15 November 2023 nominated Antti Kaunonen as the interim CEO. Antti Kaunonen will take this position immediately. Kaunonen has served as a member of Glaston’s Board since 2018 and has extensive experience in senior leadership positions in industrial companies, latest as the president of Kalmar, part of Cargotec (2015-2022). He will continue in the Board but will step down from his role as a member of the Board’s People and Remuneration Committee. Dahlblom will support the interim CEO during a transition period. Otherwise, Glaston’s strategy, business operations and management will continue without changes.

“On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I want to thank Anders for his dedicated work to put in action Glaston's 2021-2025 strategy and the consistent progress in the strategy execution and improving the performance of the company. We wish Anders all the best for the future”, says the Chair of the Board Veli-Matti Reinikkala.

Due to the resignation of the CEO, Glaston’s Capital Markets Day that was scheduled for 21 November 2023, is postponed to later.
