We would like to provide you with an insight into the topics of this year’s world-leading trade fair in October already in the run-up to glasstec and have spoken to various exhibitors including: Elettra Bresciani, Communication & Marketing Manager at OmniDecor – an Italian company that offers flat glass ideas and solutions to its international customers. Read more about the company, the visions and exciting innovations that OmniDecor will be showcasing at glasstec.

First off: What does your company do or what solutions does your company offer?

Elettra Bresciani: “A new interpretation of glass for architecture. Glass is the material OmniDecor has been exploring since forever. Over the years, the company has become an international reference point in this field. We propose glass as both a technical and aesthetic product, so we can offer infinite variations. Glass, interpreted as increasingly interesting material, is crucial in the design and implementation of solutions involving etched and decorative glass with industrial expertise.”

Why is glasstec such an important industry event?

Elettra Bresciani: “glasstec is the most important exhibition for the flat glass industry, and has international relevance. glasstec is an opportunity to make new contacts and consolidate existing ones, also opening up to new markets and allowing us to introduce the company worldwide. We have the possibility to present our latest technologies and industrial development prospects for the future.”

Do you already know what you will be showcasing at glasstec 2024?

Elettra Bresciani: “At glasstec 2024 OmniDecor will present The DecorOpal Color Collection in the new laminated version, a new DecorFlou Design collection of glass patterns. We will also be expanding our range of three-dimensional satin glass. OmniDecor DecorFlou Design glass is the result of research and attention to contemporary esthetic trends: the contrast between etched and clear surfaces of OmniDecor glass creates three-dimensional effects which vary according to light conditions. The range of its products is suitable for every setting and requirement, combining emotion, functionality and versatility.”

Why are you taking part in the glasstec Preview 2024?

Elettra Bresciani: “OmniDecor confirmed its partcipation as an exhibitor in the upcoming edition in October 2024, to continue building international relationships with existing and potential new customers who we are expecting to come and see the new products showcased at the booth. It is very important to have an initial contact with the international press: the Preview allows us to communicate in advance what we are presenting as novelties, to make the press curious about the stand layout and new products.”

What is your vision for your company in the next few years?

Elettra Bresciani: “OmniDecor is working on multiple areas to improve its presence on the market. Customer Service and Sustainability of the production processes are two, among others. Also, expanding the product range and focusing on tailored solutions for architectural projects is another significant part of the business, which we want to roll out to the international audience.”
