On June 28, at GPD 2019, Cedric Janssens, Public Affairs Manager at Glass for Europe, presented the paper "The contribution of energy efficient glazing to Paris objective in different EU building renovation scenarios".

On June 28, at Glass Performance Days (GPD 2019), in Tampere (Finland), Cedric Janssens, Public Affairs Manager at Glass for Europe, presented the paper The contribution of energy efficient glazing to Paris objective in different EU building renovation scenarios. The paper considers the impact of windows renovation, and in particular of the upgrade of the glazing, to energy savings and CO2 emissions ‘reduction.

An interested and responsive audience assisted to the presentation which analysed the results of the recent study Glass for Europe commissioned to TNO on the quantities of energy and CO2 that can be saved by 2030 and 2050 using adequate glazing depending on the building type and location.
