At China Glass 2026, Forel showcased advanced automation solutions designed to boost efficiency and streamline modern glass production.

From 6th to 10th of April, the 35th edition of China Glass took place, one of the leading international exhibitions for the flat glass processing industry.

This year again, the event recorded strong attendance, with high levels of participation and engagement from industry professionals. In this context, Forel was among the key players, showcasing solutions for glass processing automation and production efficiency, while engaging directly with the needs of the global market.

The technologies presented – The Duraline, FGFast Grinder Machine and IGU lines – all share a clear objective: improving efficiency in glass processing and insulating glass production.

The Duraline is an automatic insulating glass production line designed to ensure process continuity and stability. FG – Fast Grinder simplifies edge processing by combining seaming and grinding in a single step. Meanwhile, Forel IGU lines represent complete systems for insulating glass unit production, increasingly integrated and automated.

All these solutions are developed starting from real production needs, with the aim of improving efficiency and simplifying manufacturing processes. In-house R&D, design and machine manufacturing allow Forel to maintain full control over every stage, delivering reliable and flexible technologies suited to different production environments.

Forel’s participation in China Glass confirms its commitment to developing advanced solutions for flat glass processing, with a strong focus on automation, integration and process optimisation.
