CMS sprint is a 5-axis CNC cutting machine equipped with a diamond disc, designed to boost productivity in the processing of laminated, fire-resistant, or safety glass.

Sprint enables the cutting of square, rectangular, or polygonal glass, performing both vertical cuts and 45° inclined blade cuts.

Thanks to its versatility, CMS sprint can be integrated in any production context to meet the different needs of customers:

Machine with manual loading/unloading

Machine with automatic loading/unloading via anthropomorphic robot

• Machine with automatic slab transfer through roller conveyors to washing stations

CMS sprint is always equipped with an onboard vacuum manipulator that moves and spaces glass sections after cutting. This simplifies, speeds up, and significantly improves operator safety by eliminating the need for manual intervention to separate glass after each cut.

KEY BUYER BENEFITS:

• Maximum cutting speed: 3000 mm/min

• Maximum thickness: 100 mm (depending on the cutting disc)

• +33% productivity thanks to the onboard manipulator
