Emirates Glass LLC Expanding Jumbo Size Solution with Tecglass Digital Printing Technology

Emirates Glass LLC has taken another technological leap with the acquisition of the Tecglass Vitro jet FS Side Kinetix digital printing production line. This strategic investment underscores Emirates Glass’s steady commitment to innovation and excellence, propelling the company into a new era of digital printed glass production.

The Vitro Jet FS Side Kinetix is a specialized model within the Vitro Jet series by Tecglass, tailored for high-performance digital printing on glass for jumbo sizes. Side Kinetix Technology performs printing in the longitudinal direction, it is achieved to print always performing printing by the longer side of the glass, making the most of the printing time. Ideal for printing on large glass panels used in building facades, windows, and other architectural elements.

Rizwanulla Khan, Executive President of Emirates Glass, expressed his enthusiasm for the transformative potential of this acquisition stating, “The addition of the Vitro-Jet FS digital printing production line marks a pivotal moment for Emirates Glass. We were already familiar with this technology as we had another Tecglass digital printer machine in our facility in Saudi Arabia. Decision was easy for us once we analysed all the aspects, Tecglass is a worldwide well-known company and the most advance technology with unique features as recirculation system, highest resolution, or side kinetix technology. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Tecglass and are pleased to continue our collaboration by acquiring the second printer for our group. New digital line that allows us to process a maximum glass size of 3.300 x 8.000 mm, which perfectly fits with our tempering capabilities. Tecglass had the capacity to offer us a Turn-Key project, including all the machines that make up our digital line and of course all the ceramic inks that we use in it.

The digital printing line concept supplied by TECGLASS allows a fully automatic glass processing from input to output, reducing to a minimum the human resources required for its daily operation, giving a complete solution for the customer.
