Edgetech I.G. attributes much of its success to the  company’s industry-leading customer service department. As Edgetech continues to  provide the highest quality products and services, the company has promoted a new key accounts representative, Irish Rubright.

Edgetech promoted Rubright after she had been with the company for eight years as a customer  service representative. In her new role, Rubright manages all customer service processes between  corporate and key accounts in coordination with national sales managers and regional sales representatives.

“Thanks to Irish’s proven reputation for great customer service and account management, I know  she’ll be an effective asset to the company as a key accounts representative,” said Larry Johnson,  executive vice president, Edgetech I.G. “She will be a great mentor and leader for the other representatives, all while helping to take our customer service to a new level of excellence.”

Rubright has lived in the Cambridge area her entire life, attending John Glenn High School and  Muskingum and Zane State Colleges. She enjoys spending time with her husband Todd and sons  Kody, 11, and Mitchell, five. Rubright is a certified ISO auditor and has co-chaired the Lauren  Skin Savers Relay for Life team for the past three years.

“I love my job and helping people every day,” Rubright said. “I’m excited to begin this new  position and accept additional responsibilities—there’s a reason why I’ve stayed for the last eight  years.”
