Dip-Tech opens Service Hub in Shanghai, China to provide its growing customer base with enhanced support

Dip-Tech today announced it has opened a new Service Hub dedicated to Chinese operations. The Shanghai based Service Hub will operate during local hours and is staffed by Dip-Tech’s local team, providing a new level of service for customers in the region.

The opening of new location was a natural next step due to the significant growth of the company," said Yuval Nahum, Dip-Tech’s VP North APAC & Oceania.He continued, “With the improved logistics and quicker response time, our customers will have shorter time to delivery to their customers which is key to customer service and generating new business.”

Upcoming event in China

Dip-Tech will be in Beijing in May to exhibit at China Glass 2015, taking place at the New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC), Booth E1-426. Highlights of the display at Dip-Tech's booth include:

  • The Dip-Tech AR4000 and GP24 Digital In-Glass Printers printing in real-time
  • Digital ceramic glass elements showcasing new and unique glass design applications
  • The latest printer features and ceramic inks
  • Recent projects in China and around the world that have been completed with the Dip-Tech solution

The Dip-Tech team will be available to answer questions, in Mandarin as well as a wide array of language, and share how glass processors can gain new business opportunities by offering high-end digital ceramic printed decorative and functional glass for the automotive, architectural, exterior, interior, and appliance markets.
