Workshop Track 1

AI at Your Glazing Company 

Don't miss an interactive AI workshop tailored for the glazing industry, led by professional brand marketing and technology expert Stefanie Couch. Attendees will learn to leverage AI tools for enhanced business operations, guided by practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Bring your laptops, as participants are encouraged to work alongside Couch to explore AI solutions for your glazing business strategies. 

Workshop Track 2

Shower Enclosures Solutions Share 

Join other shower enclosure installation professionals for a conversation and solutions share about the top challenges and opportunities facing companies today. The workshop session will be led by Danny Donahue of FHC, with support from the National Glass Association's advocacy and technical team. Don't miss an opportunity to connect with peers in the field and to help set the course for development of industry-wide resources for shower enclosure companies.  

Workshop Track 3

Effective Recruitment Strategies  

Attendees to this workshop will leave with immediately actionable take-home strategies and tools for recruiting new employees and building up the next generation of glaziers. The session will be led by Jenni Chase, vice president of workforce development for the National Glass Association, and Jodi Martinez, vice president of AllStar Glass. Learn how to recruit at technical schools, high schools, and via social media. Participants will come away with a recruitment tool kit, including stickers, postcards, and a copy of NGA's new resource, A Guide to Recruiting at High School Career Fairs.
