Technologies, innovation and sustainability in the manufacturing of the future

Within the unique context of Glass, an international point of reference for the glass supply chain, a high-profile technical conference entirely dedicated to the decarbonization of the sector will be held on Wednesday, 17 September, at Fiera Milano Rho, in the Conference Room – Hall 9.

A concrete opportunity for businesses, experts, research centers, and associations to discuss existing solutions and emerging technologies that address the challenges of the ecological transition.

The day will be divided into three sessions:

  • New generation ovens: electrification, hybridization, thermal imaging, syngas from biomass
  • Innovation and environmental sustainability: case studies, materials, packaging
  • Low-impact flat glass: new solutions for more efficient products and processes

Speakers will include, among others, Glass Futures, FEVE, NSG-Pilkington, Schneider Electric, Assovetro, RHI Magnesita, Stara Glass and many other international companies.

Vitrum confirms its strategic platform for promoting innovation in glass manufacturing, strengthening the link between industry, technology and sustainability.
