New 260,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, warehouse and corporate offices to double production capacity.

Today TruStile Doors will break ground on its new Denver headquarters, which will include 260,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space for its growing workforce. The new headquarters, designed by Ware Malcomb and being constructed by Ryan Companies US, Inc. will open early next year.

“Today we operate with approximately half of this square footage across four buildings in Denver,” said TruStile Doors CEO Scott Schmid. “To have the power of our collective operations under one new roof is a significant advancement for our team and our future innovations.”

Once complete, the new facility will allow TruStile to double its current capacity with room to grow.

“We are thrilled to be expanding right here in our Denver community,” said Schmid. “We are committed to providing meaningful employment in the Adams County area, and with this expansion, will be growing our skilled workforce in the months to come.”

TruStile’s headquarters will be located at 1041 East 71st Avenue and feature a mountain modern design with both TruStile doors and Marvin windows throughout the space. Minnesota-based Marvin acquired TruStile Doors in 2015.

“Adams County is thrilled TruStile Doors chose to expand here during this exciting growth period for the company,” said Adams County Commissioner Steve O’Dorisio. “The expansion of TruStile Doors furthers the County’s economic development efforts to attract primary employers and we look forward to supporting their long term success in our community.”

Community members are invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony today at 2:30 p.m. at the new headquarters, which will include remarks from leaders at TruStile, Marvin and Ryan Companies.
