Forbes reporthed that speciality chemicals group Sika AG said it is to acquire German company Proxan Dichtstoffe GmbH for an undislcosed price.





The company, located in Greiz, Thuringia, is a manufacturer of sealants for the production of insulated glass and for construction joints.
