Schiatti Angelo: Ready to meet at Glass Build America?

FPS15RS is a 9 spindle straight grinding machine for the flat edge. This type of grinder is particularly suitable for processing mirrors, bathroom shelves, laminated glass, tables and steps and now, thanks to a new option, the FPS15RS reduces the minimum workable size from 50 millimetres to 30 millimetres.

Automatic vertical grinding line: even more efficiency
Thanks to the modularity of the Schiatti machines and the possibility to combine them in line, it is possible to streamline the entire production process of sheet processing. In this case, the FPS15RS will be part of an automatic vertical grinding line (turnover), able to perform the following steps independently:
• Vertical grinding of all of the four glass sides
• Cerium oxide polishing
• Sheet rotating
