Immortalized in the movie, "The Rookie," MLB pitcher Jim Morris will give a keynote presentation at the 2020 BEC Conference in Nashville, March 2.

Jim Morris' Cinderella story follows his meteoric rise from 35-year-old high school teacher to major league pitcher in just three months. His keynote presentation at the 2020 Building Envelope Contractors Conference will highlight the value of integrity and the importance of remembering who you are in all circumstances--when people are watching and when they’re not.

Sponsored by Guardian Glass, Jim's presentation will take place on Monday, March 2, from 4:30-5:30 pm. He will be available to greet attendees following the presentation at Guardian's display during the tabletop reception.

Now in its 24th year, the 2020 Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) Conference will be held, March 1-3, for the first time in Nashville. Registration is now open, with a full program featuring a mix of educational presentations, tabletop displays and plenty of networking time. The BEC Conference is geared primarily to glazing contractors, with supporting participation by fabricators and suppliers. NGA’s Installing Committee will meet on Monday morning, March 2, a change from the committee meeting typically held on Sunday afternoon.
