JELD-WEN® JELD-WEN® Premium™ vinyl tilt single-hung and double-hung windows blend contemporary style with modern functionality.

Several new offerings unveiled at the 2017 International Builders’ Show deliver modern style in a durable, affordable package.

Homeowners seeking a contemporary feel in every room, but preferring the affordability and durability of vinyl, now have a much wider variety of choices.

At the 2017 International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Florida this week, JELD-WEN unveiled several additions to its Premium™ vinyl window collection, including a single-hung and double-hung tilt option.

“One of the key themes for us at this year’s International Builders’ Show is the concept of affordable luxury,” said Jim Parello, Vice President of Marketing for JELD-WEN.

“Our customers want windows and doors that match the beautiful, timeless styles of modern design combined with the long-term benefits of our Premium vinyl products. These new windows do an amazing job of expanding our portfolio to a whole new level while providing homeowners even more options to make their space feel truly personalized.”

JELD-WEN® single-hung and double-hung tilt windows

Available in both single-hung and double-hung applications, JELD-WEN’s new Premium™ vinyl tilt windows incorporate multiple style elements that are highly sought after for modern homes.

These windows incorporate contemporary design elements, providing more expansive panes of glass, sleek lines and clean details in the popular tilt design.

Utilizing a proprietary construction method, these windows actually incorporate two different types of sills which can provide a wind and water rating higher than many similar products currently available.

What’s more, this unique sill construction also makes it possible to provide this style of window in the popular 36″ by 60″ opening, as well as significantly larger sizes, without sacrificing performance.

Standing up to Mother Nature

While these new tilt windows fill out the popular Premium™ vinyl line for JELD-WEN, they also help raise the bar across the entire collection.

At IBS 2017, JELD-WEN announced that all Premium vinyl windows, including the new tilt products, would be available with glass approved for both wind zone 2 and wind zone 3 protection.

This added layer of safety makes these windows an ideal option for homes in areas with a high rate of seasonal storms.

“While we are very proud of our award-winning Premium vinyl line of windows, we know we can always take things to a new level,” Parello added.

“These windows are just the latest example of how we continue to work closely with our homeowners, builders, architects and designers to create products that bring beautiful style and modern functionality together.”

You can find more information on all of these products at IBS West Hall, booth #2571 or on the JELD-WEN website.
