Greco Aluminum Railings is pleased to announce that it will engineer, fabricate and install all of the glass railings for Oliver Place, the newest residential tower in Dallas.

Greco Aluminum Railings (Greco), a leading manufacturer of high-quality engineered railing and safety systems for multi-family and commercial structures in the United States and Canada, is pleased to announce that it will engineer, fabricate and install all of the glass railings for Oliver Place, the newest residential tower in Dallas. Southern Land Company is the developer and construction manager of the 310-unit, 18 floor, luxury apartment tower.

GDA Architects, a Dallas-based firm, is the architect of record and worked with Greco Aluminum Railings on the details and specification for the tower’s exterior railings – 4,500 linear feet of glass and aluminum railings that will be used on the balconies and integrated throughout the building envelope. The project is estimated to be completed in early 2019.

“Dallas is a thriving market. We are excited to be involved with the Oliver Place project and SLC. Our engineers and design team worked diligently with GDA Architects to meet the performance, aesthetics, and budget for the project.” Say’s Jim Ellsworth, President of Greco’s US Operations.

Oliver Place will be located in the Knox District, directly northeast of the Dallas Uptown District. The tower will have balcony views of the downtown skyline, as well as the Uptown and Oak Lawn neighborhoods to its west.
