The comprehensive review contains the Board of Directors’ Review 2022, the Financial Statements 2022, the Corporate Governance Statement 2022, the Remuneration Report 2022 and the Sustainability report.

Glaston Corporation’s Annual Review 2022 has today been published in Finnish and English on the company’s internet pages at www.glaston.net.

The Annual Review contains the Board of Directors’ Review 2022, the Financial Statements 2022, the Corporate Governance Statement 2022, the Remuneration Report 2022 and the Sustainability report.



Glaston publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language). The primary statements and notes have been marked with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has performed a reasonable assurance engagement on Glaston Corporation’s ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 and issued an Independent Auditor’s Reasonable Assurance Report.



The Remuneration Report 2022 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2022 are available on the company’s website at glaston.net/governance and the Annual Review 2022 is available on glaston.net/reports-and-presentations.
