The trade show celebrates its 10th anniversary with 100% of its exhibition area sold, four months before it even takes place.
Promoted by NürnbergMesse Brasil, Glass South America is the glass sector´s main event in South America. In its 10th edition, the trade show expects to surpass 12 thousand visitors, among them, professionals in civil construction, architecture, car and furniture industries.
The event will present the main innovations from the segment as well as the Italian Pavilion, dedicated to the innovations from this European country. Among the first-time participating companies, we will find AGC, CBVP, Design Ferragens, Grenzebach, IGE, and Incovisa, to name but a few.
Companies such as E Saint-Gobain, Guardian, Cebrace, Bottero, SBM, UBV, Space Glass, Vipel, Hubtex, Glassy, Glaston and Keraglass will once again be part of the event.
For Director-General of NürnbergMesse Brasil, Ligia Amorim, glass is used for many other purposes than one could imagine. “That´s why it is a market that shows steady growth and it attracts from manufactures to the end- consumer. Glass offers many advantages to architecture, construction and it is charming, practical and durable.

- Solar Glass Expo will be held on 17th May, 2012 and is the new event of Glass South America, which includes the recognition of companies that develop products and services related to the photovoltaic industry and the discussion of the topic at a conference that will discuss issues relevant to the area with the presentation of cases of major companies.
