Glass factory fire kills four in Indian capital

A fire broke out in a glass factory in the Indian capital on Saturday, killing four people and wounding 12 others, a fire service official said.

The blaze started when a boiler burst in the factory, located at an industrial complex in Badli, a northern suburb of New Delhi, Rajesh Kumar, a spokesman for the New Delhi Fire Service, said.

Fire fighters found four charred bodies. Twelve people with burn wounds were hospitalized, Kumar said.

Nine fire engines extinguished the blaze after 50-minutes, Kumar said.
