Deceuninck Group announces it has entered into a joint-venture (50/50) with So Easy Holding BVBA.

Deceuninck Group announces it has entered into a joint-venture (50/50) with So Easy Holding BVBA with respect to the “So Easy” aluminum window systems of So Easy System Sp.z.o.o., a designer and manufacturer of innovative aluminum window systems active in Eastern Europe. So Easy System Sp.z.o.o. realizes an annual turnover of € 12 million euro and operates a state of the art production facility in Poland.

This joint-venture perfectly complements the aluminum offering we are developing in Turkey and Western Europe. During the first half of 2019, focus of So Easy will be on our customers in Eastern Europe.
