Vitro Architectural Glass hires Lamm as National Architectural Manager for Midwest U.S.

Industry veteran offers 20 years of building and construction service experience to architects, designers, glass specifiers.

Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) announced that it has hired James (“Jim”) Lamm as national architectural manager for the midwestern U.S., where he will work with architects, designers and specifiers in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and southern Illinois to optimize architectural glass solutions.

A 20-year sales veteran, Lamm joins Vitro Glass from Johnson Controls, where he served as business development manager for the company’s Reliable Architectural Louvers business unit. He also worked in sales for Galvmet Steel & HVAC Supply.

Joseph Sennese, director of architectural development, Vitro Architectural Glass, said Lamm has a proven ability to work with building professionals to help them balance the aesthetic and performance demands of commercial buildings. “Jim’s experience in cultivating relationships and solving customer problems—as well as his knowledge about glazing products and building energy solutions—will make him an asset to the architects and designers we serve throughout the midwest.”

A resident of Overland Park, Kansas, Lamm holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Kansas State University.
