It’s now almost three years since Residence 7 became a permanent fixture in the Residence Collection, and in that time, this innovative, attractive and stylish window has made quite an impact within the replacement window market.

We’re not at all surprised by how well it has been embraced by the trade and consumers alike as there is a rising clamour for boutique window systems and Residence 7 certainly falls into this category.

If R7 has captured your imagination too, before you go on your own R7 journey, here’s some background to what makes it so special…

Seven chambers

The R7 name came about as the window features seven chambers. Most window frames only offer three or five chambers and are 70mm wide, whereas R7 is 75mm wide.

Versatile

Residence 7 can be integrated into all styles of property and promises to look completely at home, from modern new builds to city apartments and country cottages to semi-detached houses.

Elegantly flush inside and out

It has a beautifully flat finish inside and out to create a chic modern appearance, gorgeously clean and equal sight-lines and the carefully thought out proportions of the window make it very simple to retrospectively add Residence 7 to properties.

Personalised for your home

Residence 7 can be fashioned into an array of window styles including the casement and bay and bow styles. It can also be used for creating orangeries, conservatories, single doors and French doors.

The colour palette for Residence 7 takes into consideration different architectural periods and the broad individual tastes of people:

• Clotted Cream

• Irish Oak
