Friday 18th December saw the frameXpress team take part in Christmas Jumper Day in aid of the Severn Hospice, which is a charity that is close to home for the company.

For a £2 donation, the entire company got behind the event where all staff wore fun Christmas Jumpers rather than work wear to raise funds for their chosen cause. Staff were invited to make the day as festive as possible with Christmas hats, seasonal clothes and other suitable Christmas outfits all welcomed. Taking up the gauntlet, Managing Directors Stuart Green and Mark Westbrook supported the event as ‘Christmas Helpers’, joining in the fun by offering to make employees cups of tea and coffee throughout the day, for a small fee, which was then put towards the Severn Hospice fundraising event. Diane Collier, the first point of contact for many customers, stepped up to the mark with her great costume of Mrs Christmas Pudding. Likewise the girls and boys in all departments including Production, Administration, Finance, Transport and Office Management did their bit for charity by joining in the fun and dressing up for the day. A selection of “homemade” cakes (albeit some were bought and were sprinkled with icing sugar to look home made), were on sale throughout the day for customers and visitors to sample, with all proceeds from the sale of these being donated towards the charity. Denise Scott organised a raffle through generous donations with prizes which included a bottle of Whiskey, 2 boxes of chocolates, two bottles of wine, a rainbow cake, a tinned panatone, chocolate biscuits, and a cheese board. Well done Denise! Stuart and Mark also agreed that Framexpress Ltd will match the final amount of whatever is donated by staff and customers on the day… £ for £, ! Michelle Milward, Office Manager commented, “It has been a great day that has really lifted the entire team’s spirit as we head towards Christmas. So many people supported this which has been wonderful. It is lovely to see everyone wearing such big smiles. We will confirm the final amount raised in the new year.”Friday 18th December saw the frameXpress team take part in Christmas Jumper Day in aid of the Severn Hospice, which is a charity that is close to home for the company.
