"See Yourself in Glass": GlassBuild America to Host Students for Workforce Development Day

GlassBuild America will host students from Clark County high schools in Las Vegas to visit the tradeshow as part of NGA’s “See Yourself in Glass” workforce development campaign, with the goal of raising awareness of career opportunities in the glass and glazing industry among youth.

Students will participate in a full-day of programming, September 25, including:

• A Career Discovery Tour of the trade show floor, where they will visit exhibitors and learn about careers available to them
• Hands-on activities in the Skills Challenge area
• A Keynote Speaker panel to learn how to prepare for and find jobs in the industry.

This event is made possible through donations to the NGA Foundation in support of the Association’s workforce development efforts.
