Scm Group took part in the event organized by CRIT to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its foundation - marking a journey of continuous growth driven by innovation, technology scouting, and networking, all aimed at supporting the competitiveness of Emilia-Romagna’s businesses in an increasingly complex socio-economic context.
Scm Group, along with other CRIT member companies and leading Italian industrial excellences, joined a panel discussion focused on the main challenges faced by companies in the region today and the key drivers of development. The event featured a high-profile lineup of speakers, including top players from various business sectors.
Giovanni Gemmani, Vice President of Scm Group, represented the company and emphasized the strong innovative and competitive spirit of the Emilia-Romagna economic and entrepreneurial system. He also highlighted the importance of continuing to work as a team to promote and enhance the value of Made in Italy in international markets.
Speaking for the Rimini-based group, Gemmani identified Scm Group’s key strengths as: the people and their expertise, a broad technological offering across multiple industries - from furniture to automotive, the ability to manage complexity and strong investments in after-sales services and digitalization.
He concluded his speech with an optimistic message about Made in Italy, which, despite global challenges, continues to stand out for its excellence and ability to reinvent itself in response to evolving market demands.
