On Thursday, Nov. 23, at " The Auditorium" of Piazza Risorgimento in Seregno. The city authorities honored sixty-nine local companies that have been included in the register of historical businesses.

The possible awards were: platinum (ultrasecular activity), diamond (between 75 and 99 years), gold (between 50 and 74 years) and silver (between 25 and 49 years).

A virtuous territory

Seregno counts about 4,100 companies, which means that one in ten residents has an entrepreneurial activity.

The area is clearly a virtuous land, and this was well emphasized by the city's mayor, Alberto Rossi, in front of a sold-out Auditorium.

During the evening, hosted by Sergio Lambrugo, "there was a sense of community, a sense of belonging to a common reality," commented Rossi, with satisfaction, from the stage.

It was exciting for us to receive this recognition because we have always believed in continuity, tradition and also in belonging to our territory.

Although our market is also the international one, we are proud of our Made in Italy, which customers also recognize as an added value.

For Mr. Angelo receiving the award was touching, because the history of Schiatti Angelo srl is also his own history.
