Southwest Window & Door Manufacturer to Retain Avanti Business Name & Builder Services.

Pella Corporation, a premium window and door manufacturer and designer, announced that it acquired the Avanti business, a vinyl window and patio door manufacturer based in Glendale, Arizona. This acquisition will expand Pella’s footprint in the strong and growing southwestern region of the U.S. and leverage Avanti’s expertise and capabilities in providing express customer service and in turnkey window and door installation.

“This acquisition helps Pella Corporation build strength in several areas, including installation, and reinforces our presence in the southwest,” said Tim Yaggi, President & CEO, Pella Corporation.

The acquisition provides resources to help Avanti further grow its business. Avanti will remain a stand-alone company with its nearly 300 team members.

“Avanti will continue to provide sales, installation and service to homebuilders from its existing sites, including the Phoenix, Las Vegas and Tucson markets,” said Jerry Petty, CEO, Avanti. “Day-to-day operations will remain the same for our team members, and our customers can expect the same business processes and helpful service that they enjoy today.”
