Elke Harreiß is handing over the baton to Heike Slotta for FENSTERBAU FRONTALE and to Benedikt Weyerer for Chillventa. Both will be responsible for the strategic direction and conceptual development of their respective events going forward.

Elke Harreiß, the long-standing Executive Director of FENSTERBAU FRONTALE and Chillventa, is leaving NürnbergMesse on 31 March 2026. With great dedication, she has shaped the development of both events over more than two decades and strengthened their significance as international industry hubs. She will be taking on new professional challenges outside NürnbergMesse. NürnbergMesse would like to express its sincere thanks to her for her dedication.

Heike Slotta has been Executive Director of Exhibitions for 26 years and is responsible for numerous international trade fairs. She has extensive experience in developing international trade fair concepts and in positioning high-quality specialist events across various industries and sectors.

Benedikt Weyerer
Benedikt Weyerer

Benedikt Weyerer also brings extensive, long-standing trade fair experience to the table. As Executive Director, he is deeply rooted in the international technology and IT security sector. Weyerer is renowned for his extensive expertise in the strategic positioning of internationally oriented, highly innovative leading trade fairs. Furthermore, he has considerable experience in establishing relevant networks and professional event formats both in Germany and abroad.
