Laidlaw, the UK’s largest independent supplier of ironmongery, doorsets, balustrades and security systems, has signed a partnership deal with German-based FSB.

The deal enables Laidlaw to add another well-established and recognised premium brand to its portfolio. It will offer a range of high-quality FSB ironmongery products to architects and interior designers for commercial buildings, fit-outs and luxury residential schemes.

Peter O’Brien, Managing Director, said: “Joining forces with FSB means that we can offer specifiers architectural ironmongery which combines both great design and mechanical performance.

“Both Laidlaw and FSB have more than 140 years of brand heritage and we are excited to be building on this with the support of the architectural and design community, with whom we continue to work closely, ensuring enhanced aesthetics blend with conformance and commercial requirements on all projects.”

This partnership allows FSB to build on their existing presence in the UK through a strategic alliance with Laidlaw, who are a national specifier and supplier of architectural ironmongery, integrated doorsets, security and balustrades.
