As the head of Apogee Enterprises—parent company of businesses including Viracon, Harmon, and EFCO, among others—Joe Puishys will be giving the State of the Industry address to kick off the BEC Conference general session.

The session is held Monday, March 2, 2020, from 12:30-1:30 pm. 

He will provide a unique perspective on the glass and glazing market offering his insights on the opportunities, economics and challenges companies across the supply chain face today. This session will set the stage for “Glazing 2020” and prepare you to address the challenges of innovative design and complex glass products.

Registration is open for the 2020 Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) Conference, being held for the first time in Nashville, TN! 

In its 24th year, the full program is now available and features a mix of educational presentations, tabletop displays and plenty of networking time. The BEC Conference is geared primarily to glazing contractors, with supporting participation by fabricators and suppliers. NGA’s Installing Committee will also meet on Monday morning of the program.* 

*Note: this is a change from the committee meeting typically held on Sunday afternoon at past conferences.
