Scm Group joined Italy’s top innovators at the Innovation Management Forum 2025 to help shape the future of sustainable innovation.

Scm Group was among the 150 Italian innovation leaders who took part in the Innovation Management Forum on June 10, held at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan and organized by Lapetre. Now in its fifth edition, the Forum has become a key platform for dialogue and collaboration on sustainable and strategic innovation.

The event offered a valuable opportunity to explore best practices—both established and emerging—adopted by businesses, research centers, and public institutions. Founded and led by Flavio Ubezio, the Forum has steadily grown in importance, this year extending its reach to national and international levels.

The 2025 edition focused on the “frictions” that can hinder innovation strategies, with discussions centered on how to overcome these challenges to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of innovation initiatives.

Insights gathered from the Forum and its national and international round tables—engaging over 300 companies—will contribute to the Frictionless Innovation white paper, set to be published after the summer. The document will support best practices in corporate innovation governance and guide policy makers in identifying effective managerial approaches.

Scm Group was represented by Sara Iaconianni, Innovation Scouting Manager, who contributed to the exchange of ideas and strategies.

Scm Group thanks Lapetre for organizing this important event and continues to enrich its innovation vision with new insights to create lasting value in its products and services.
