HyRadix Acquired By Australia’s Eden Energy

Des Plaines, IL - HyRadix, Inc., a leading provider of on-site hydrogen generation systems and supply solutions, announced recently it has been acquired by Eden Energy Ltd., a diversified clean energy company located in Perth, Australia.

We are delighted to add HyRadix to our portfolio of companies,” said Greg Solomon, Executive Chairman of Eden Energy. “HyRadix is a great fit with our existing companies Hythane LLC and Eden Cryogenics.We are now in position to offer a full scope of supply for the on-site production and dispensing of Hythane world wide.” Hythane, a mixture of hydrogen and natural gas, reduces engine nitrogen oxide emissions up to 50% compared to natural gas alone.
