As a subsidiary of Schüco, Schüco Middle East has been developing and selling project solutions for the Middle East and Africa since 2002.

The Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai and Rafal Living in Riad are but three examples of the successful project work carried out by Schüco Middle East. Previously, Schüco International KG owned a 49% share of Schüco Middle East but, as of 15 October 2018, the Dubai-based company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Schüco Group.

The decision to take on the business in Dubai is based on many years of successful experience and a future-oriented outlook. Not to mention the fact that the Middle East and Africa are also markets with great potential for growth.

In this regard, Andreas Engelhardt, CEO and Managing Partner of Schüco International KG, says: “We can now move ahead at full throttle, invest even more than before in growth and thereby open up these regions for ourselves and our customers.”

In this new set-up, Ammar Alul, as Managing Director, will continue to expand the business from Dubai. He and his 56 employees will focus in particular on countries and regions such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Lebanon, as well as East Africa and Pakistan.

Irrespective of which technology, design and systems are required for small and large building projects here in future, with its façade constructions, panorama sliding door systems and fire and smoke protection solutions, Schüco Middle East offers the perfect solution for every requirement.
