Glaston has received its biggest order of all time. Coming from the EMEA area, the order is a One-Stop-Partner (OSP) package deal worth 15.5 million euros.

Once completed, the delivery will form an entire glass processing plant, producing architectural glass.

- This is a great milestone for us. The order strengthens our belief in the fact that the OSP strategy is completely right, and our view of these kind of deliveries being the competitive edge that will enable our success also in the future, says Glaston President & CEO Mika Seitovirta.

Glaston is so far the only machine manufacturer in the business, who offers combination deliveries or entire production lines. With this delivery, Glaston also carries out its OSP ideology as the customer's consultative partner. Glaston supports the project and machine installations with its own human resources.

- Our role as a trustworthy expert partner started already in the bidding phase and aided the purchasing decision. In our customer's view, we are the right choice for a project of this magnitude, says director of the One-Stop-Partner unit, Mauri Leponen.

The machine deliveries included in the deal will be made from the end of 2007 to approximately spring of 2008. According to current estimations, the majority of this order will be recognized in the first half of next year.
