Glaston’s organizational structure with three Business Functions, Solutions & Operations, Market Areas and Service Supply & Development, came into effect on 1 January 2025.

To further simplify and increase efficiency in decision making, all Market Area leaders will, as of today, report directly to the President & CEO and also be members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Due to the above-mentioned change, Joe Butler, SVP Sales & Service, Americas, is appointed EVP Sales & Service, Americas. In addition, Kimmo Kuusela, SVP Sales & Service APAC, is appointed EVP Sales & Service, EMEA and APAC.

Also, in connection with the Executive Leadership Team changes, as of 6 May 2025, the Chief Sales Officer role is no longer part of Glaston’s Executive Leadership Team. Sasu Koivumäki, Chief Sales Officer, will leave Glaston, and his last working day is 9 May 2025.

“I want to thank Sasu for his tenure at Glaston during the past decades. Sasu has held various leadership positions in the company, and he has been an important part of the team in developing Glaston through times of change. We wish him all the best in the future,” says Toni Laaksonen, CEO of Glaston.

Glaston’s Executive Leadership Team, starting 6 May 2025, is available on the company’s website.
