Glaston Corporation’s SVP People & Culture and member of the Executive Leadership Team, Riikka Laitasalo, has decided to leave the company to pursue new opportunities outside Glaston.

Riikka Laitasalo will leave the company on April 17, 2026.

In connection with the change, Glaston will not initiate a recruitment process for a similar role but will reorganize Group-level People & Culture responsibilities. Going forward, these responsibilities will be overseen by the CEO together with the General Counsel.

“I want to thank Riikka for her contribution at Glaston, and especially for developing the global HR processes and the initiatives for workplace wellbeing, and wish her all the best for the future,” says Miika Äppelqvist, CEO of Glaston.
