Construction is moving up on the Paint Box condominiums, part of the Regent Park revitalization project in Toronto, Ont.

Daniels Corporation has completion of the 26-storey, 283-unit building with mechanical penthouse scheduled for early 2013. The work will also include a four-storey podium, retail and two levels of underground parking. The owner is Toronto Community Housing Corp. and the project was designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects Inc.
